Cancellation Policy
You will need to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 48 hours or your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will transfer. If it is outside of the 48 hour time frame, you will need to schedule a new appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, please call or text (706)834-1024. Once you are 10 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to schedule a new appointment. If you no show, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You must pay a $50 no show fee before you are able to book another appointment. If you have no showed and you would like to be able to book again, please call or text (706)834-1024.
